Kayla Soletto is an author with a story as compelling as her novels. Born in Hayward, California, she found her way to the serene landscapes of Central Florida where she now resides with her three children. Kayla's life journey has been one of resilience and redemption by battling through addiction and using her experiences as a catalyst for personal growth and creative expression. 

Fueled by a thirst for knowledge and a passion for storytelling, Kayla pursued higher education by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Creative Writing, and is currently is working towards a Master of Fine Arts in Creative writing.

Drawing from personal struggles, Kayla pens narratives that resonate authenticity and raw emotion in her debut novel, "The Van Gogh Effect" which explores love, loss, and the enduring power of self-discovery. Through her writing, Kayla not only entertains, but also advocates for vital issues close to her heart. 

Having navigated the tumultuous waters of abuse, Kayla inspires those to break free from toxic relationships and reclaim their worth. She is a stanch advocate for mental health awareness, sobriety, and the empowerment of survivors. With each word she writes, Kayla Soletto sparks conversations and ignites change, proving that even the darkest of pasts can pave the way for a brighter future.
